How Do I Request Proof of No Claims Bonus? ๐Ÿ“‘

If you have previously held an insurance policy with us and are now insured elsewhere, you may be asked to provide proof of your No Claims Bonus (NCB)๐Ÿงพ. You are able to request this within My Portal anytime after your policy with us has come to an end ๐Ÿ.

Request NCB Proof

  • Tap on 'My Documents'
  • To request proof of your No Claims Bonus, tap on the relevant policy under the โ€˜Policyโ€™ section and toggle open the 'My Documents' tab.
  • Tap on 'No Claims Bonus Proof'
  • Next, select โ€˜No Claims Bonus Proofโ€™ to complete this request. All done! An agent will be in touch via email with the requested proof of No Claims Bonus. โœ…
