How Do I Change My Bike? ๐Ÿ๏ธ

To keep your insurance up to date, you must notify us straight away about changes which may affect your cover. Failure to do so could invalidate your insurance and result in any claim not being paid โ˜‚๏ธ

How Much Will it Cost Me? ๐Ÿ”Ž

Our standard fee for making a change to your policy is ยฃ40. Your premium may also increase, decrease or stay the same depending on the changes you are making ๐Ÿงฎ

Additional Premium โฌ†

If your insurer has determined that your new bike is in a higher risk category than your previous bike, for reasons such as the value of your bike or the engine size, this will likely result in a premium increase. The difference in premium would be required to be paid in order to maintain cover ๐Ÿ™‚

Return Premium โฌ‡

If your insurer has determined that your new bike is in a lower risk category than your previous bike, for reasons such as the value of your bike or the engine size, this will likely result in a premium decrease. You would receive a refund for this difference or have your monthly instalments adjusted accordingly ๐Ÿฅณ

Stagnant Premium โžก๏ธ

In some cases, your premium will remain the same and you would only be required to pay the admin fee ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Please note, under the Continuous Insurance Enforcement legislation itโ€™s an offence to keep a vehicle without insurance unless you have notified the DVLA that your vehicle is being kept off the road and have a valid Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN)โš ๏ธ
